Biloela Markets in the Park are held the Third Saturday of Each Month 9.30am -2pm Winter months & 8am - 2pm Summer Months times at Barimis Park Callide Street Biloela, beside the Information Centre. dates are as follows:

Information for Stall Holders
1. Stall holders can start setting up from 7.30am during winter months and 6am Summer months please be no earlier than this as a risk assessments and emu walk must be done before any stallholders are allowed on site The park is a council park not a campsite, organisers will not take responsibility for any stall holder camping on site if approached by local law officers
2. Roxanne, Susan or Aileen will sort sites on the day. The exception being for jumping castle and other stalls that have made arrangements with the Info Centre for use of power these stalls are set up close to the info centre along the railway line so please be mindful when setting up.
3. Stallholders are required to provide their own equipment. Susan does have some gazebos for hire please contact Susan for more information prior to the day.
4. All stall holders please ensure when setting up to not make it in the middle of area’s keep as close as comfortably possible to other stalls or edge of area so as not to waste space. Centre of park must be left clear for Patrons to have a clear walkway
5. Store holders are asked to park their vehicles away from the front of the park and Information Centre. Vehicles can be parked on the Thangool side of the railway line
6. $20 per stallholder to be paid on the day, Susan or myself will collect mid morning.
7. If your stall consists of food or baking of any description please ensure you have complied with all Council regulations, as we do not take responsibility if Council or Qld health find that your stall is non compliant. Council has also requested that non-for profit complete the Imalert program. (http://www.banana.imalert.com.au/) you can contact council for more information. Roxanne & Susan can provide a copy of the license application & pamphlet.
8. Insurance: if you have your own insurance could you please provide us with a copy. If you have no Insurance we will require you to complete a BSC Indemnity form on the day and you will be covered by the markets public liability there are some requirements to abide by please ask for more information if required
9. If you wish to leave before 2 pm please advise us so that we can ensure your packing up and leaving will not impact or be a safety issue to other stall holders & Patrons.
10. Area is to be left in a clean and tidy condition ensuring there is no damage to any foliage or grassed area
